These 8 apartment units offer a quiet environment for those wanting to live in a small town in an affordable place.

The one bedroom units offer full kitchen with a large pantry, bath (tub and shower combination) carpeted living room and bedrooms, garbage disposal, on site laundry, and off street parking.  All units have central heat and air conditioning with stove and refrigerator provided.  Best of all – no maintenance.

The units are designed for elderly, handicapped and disabled persons.

Rent Payment

Rent for these units is based on your individual annual adjusted income.  Your annual gross income, less any deductions allowed under USDA program guidelines will determine your monthly rental payment.

While utilities are not included, your rent calculation provides an allowance for utilities.  These units are very efficient for utility conscious persons.

Rental Assistance may be made available to qualifying persons.
